We're not the middleman and don't need to rely on third parties. Our software is entirely built, supported, and owned by Intandem Solutions Limited. This means there are no delays while waiting for different vendors to change or fix elements. All changes are dealt with by the product team, which has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all of our offerings.

Any required adjustments, enhancements, or developments can be completed quickly with your full involvement. Our knowledge and flexible response ensure that any issues faced are quickly understood and acted upon without delays, excuses, or limitations. 

Whether you have specific issues with the software - such as a PDA that hasn't synchronised data - or just need more general support, our team is on hand 8:30 am-5 pm Monday to Friday but also round the clock for urgent requests. If you need us, get in touch.

In 2006 Intandem Archive was selected for physical document tracking and was integrated for a pilot in the London Property Group. The File Tracking solution was since rolled out across the UK during 2007 and 2008.
